what time are pick3 draws held?

the topic title says it all. i know they are held once a day, but at what time?

don't quote me on this, but i think it's at the end of the day, so midnight zone time. something like 3 or 4 in the morning for us

No, it's not midnight eastern time. It's either 11 pm or 9 pm. I forget which. But if you log on just before 9 pm eastern time and there isn't a drawing at 9, then it will be in two hours. I'm sure it's one of those times.
